Return to the payment confirmation page and check again. Make sure you are signed in to the account used for enrollment, then open My Learning. If access is still missing, contact support with your payment reference. Open My Learning after signing in. If a course is missing, check that you used the same email or Google account used for enrollment. Contact support if your confirmed purchase is still missing.افتح «دوراتي» بعد تسجيل الدخول. إذا كانت دورة مفقودة، تحقّق من استخدام البريد أو حساب Google نفسه الذي سجّلت به. تواصل مع الدعم إذا لم تظهر عملية شراء مؤكّدة.

Check your connection and tap play. If you opened the site inside a social app, try your normal browser. Reload the lesson if needed. If the problem continues, send support the course and lesson name, device and browser. Never send your password.تحقّق من اتصالك واضغط زر التشغيل. إذا فتحت الموقع داخل تطبيق تواصل، جرّب متصفّحك المعتاد. أعد تحميل الدرس عند الحاجة. إذا استمرت المشكلة، أرسل للدعم اسم الدورة والدرس والجهاز والمتصفّح. لا ترسل كلمة مرورك.

Use Continue Learning on the home page or open My Learning. Playback position is saved while you watch with a working connection. If a save error appears, retry before leaving the lesson.استخدم «تابع التعلّم» في الرئيسية أو افتح «دوراتي». يُحفَظ موضع المشاهدة أثناء التشغيل مع توفّر الاتصال. إذا ظهر خطأ في الحفظ، حاول مجددًا قبل مغادرة الدرس.

Use Forgot password on the login page and enter your account email. Open the reset link from your inbox and choose a new password. If you usually use Google, you can continue with the same Google account.اضغط «نسيت كلمة المرور» في صفحة الدخول وأدخل بريد حسابك. افتح رابط إعادة التعيين من بريدك واختر كلمة مرور جديدة. إذا كنت تستخدم Google عادةً، يمكنك المتابعة بحساب Google نفسه.
