To access courses, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.للوصول إلى الدورات، يجب عليك إنشاء حساب. أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة أثناء التسجيل.

• No Account Sharing: Your account is strictly for your personal use. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else.حظر مشاركة الحساب: حسابك مخصص لاستخدامك الشخصي فقط. لا يجوز لك مشاركة بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك مع أي شخص آخر
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. KAdemiq is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.الأمان: أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. كاديميك غير مسؤولة عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ينشأ عن فشلك في حماية حسابك.

All content on KAdemiq—including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, code, and downloadable resources—is the exclusive intellectual property of KAdemiq and its respective instructors.جميع المحتويات الموجودة على كاديميك—بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مقاطع الفيديو، والنصوص، والرسومات، والأكواد، والموارد القابلة للتنزيل—هي ملكية فكرية حصرية لكاديميك ومدربيها المعنيين.

• License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.الترخيص: عند الشراء، تُمنح ترخيصاً محدوداً، غير حصري، وغير قابل للتحويل للوصول إلى محتوى الدورة وبثه لاستخدامك التعليمي الشخصي وغير التجاري.
• Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, reproducing, redistributing, broadcasting, or selling any video or course material.الأفعال المحظورة: يُحظر عليك تماماً تنزيل، أو تسجيل الشاشة، أو إعادة إنتاج، أو إعادة توزيع، أو بث، أو بيع أي مقطع فيديو أو مادة تعليمية.
• Enforcement: Our platform utilizes secure streaming protocols. Any unauthorized downloading, piracy, or account sharing will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund and may lead to legal action.الإنفاذ والعقوبات: تستخدم منصتنا بروتوكولات بث آمنة. أي تنزيل غير مصرح به، أو قرصنة، أو مشاركة للحساب سيؤدي إلى إنهاء الحساب فوراً وبشكل دائم دون استرداد للأموال، وقد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية.
• Lifetime Access: "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the KAdemiq platform. You will have access to the course content for as long as KAdemiq continues to operate and host the specific course.الوصول مدى الحياة: يشير مصطلح "الوصول مدى الحياة" إلى العمر التشغيلي لمنصة كاديميك. سيكون لديك حق الوصول إلى محتوى الدورة طالما استمرت كاديميك في العمل واستضافة تلك الدورة المحددة.

All prices are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change.تُعرض جميع الأسعار على المنصة وهي عرضة للتغيير.

• Payment Methods: Courses can be paid for online with Whish Pay, operated by Whish Money, or arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp. Online payments are completed on Whish's secure payment page: KAdemiq never receives or stores your card details, Whish account credentials or other sensitive payment information. Your use of Whish is also subject to Whish's own terms.طرق الدفع: يمكن دفع ثمن الدورات إلكترونياً عبر Whish Pay التي تشغّلها شركة Whish Money، أو بالتنسيق المباشر مع فريقنا عبر واتساب. يتم الدفع الإلكتروني على صفحة الدفع الآمنة الخاصة بـ Whish، ولا تتلقى كاديميك ولا تخزّن بيانات بطاقتك أو بيانات الدخول إلى حسابك في Whish أو أي بيانات دفع حساسة أخرى. ويخضع استخدامك لخدمة Whish أيضاً لشروطها الخاصة.
• Prices and Currency: Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total displayed at checkout, after any eligible discount or promo code, is the amount you will be asked to pay; KAdemiq does not add hidden fees. Any charges applied by your bank, card issuer or payment provider are governed by your agreement with them.الأسعار والعملة: تُعرض الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي (USD). المبلغ الإجمالي الظاهر عند الدفع، بعد تطبيق أي خصم أو رمز ترويجي مؤهَّل، هو المبلغ المطلوب منك دفعه، ولا تضيف كاديميك أي رسوم مخفية. أما الرسوم التي قد يفرضها مصرفك أو الجهة المُصدِرة لبطاقتك أو مزوّد خدمة الدفع، فتخضع للاتفاق المبرم بينك وبينهم.
• Delivery: Once Whish confirms your payment, the course is added to your KAdemiq account automatically, usually within moments. If confirmation is delayed, the payment remains pending and is re-checked automatically, and access is granted as soon as it is confirmed. For orders arranged via WhatsApp, access is activated once our team has received your payment. If you were charged but the course does not appear in your account within 24 hours, please contact support@kademiq.com.التسليم: بمجرد أن تؤكّد Whish نجاح عملية الدفع، تُضاف الدورة إلى حسابك في كاديميك تلقائياً، وعادةً خلال لحظات. وإذا تأخّر التأكيد، تبقى العملية قيد المعالجة ويُعاد التحقق منها تلقائياً، ويُفعَّل وصولك فور تأكيدها. أما الطلبات التي تتم عبر واتساب، فيُفعَّل الوصول إليها بعد استلام فريقنا للدفعة. وإذا تم خصم المبلغ ولم تظهر الدورة في حسابك خلال 24 ساعة، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر support@kademiq.com.

Because KAdemiq offers immediate access to intangible, digital educational goods, "all sales are final". Once a course is purchased and access is granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Please review the course curriculum and previews carefully before making a purchase. If a payment is taken in error, for example a duplicate charge or a payment for which course access was not granted, please contact us promptly at support@kademiq.com. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, access to the related course is removed, and processing times depend on Whish or your bank.نظراً لأن كاديميك تقدم وصولاً فورياً إلى منتجات تعليمية رقمية غير ملموسة، فإن "جميع المبيعات نهائية". بمجرد شراء الدورة ومنح صلاحية الوصول، فإننا لا نقدم أي عمليات استرداد للأموال أو استبدال أو إلغاء، ما لم تقتضِ قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في نطاق سلطتك القضائية خلاف ذلك. يرجى مراجعة منهج الدورة والمقاطع المجانية بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء. وفي حال تم تحصيل مبلغ عن طريق الخطأ، كأن يتكرّر خصم المبلغ نفسه أو لا يُمنح الوصول إلى الدورة بعد الدفع، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت عبر support@kademiq.com. تُعاد المبالغ المُوافَق على استردادها عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ويُلغى الوصول إلى الدورة المعنية، وتعتمد مدة المعالجة على Whish أو على مصرفك.

When using KAdemiq, you agree not to:عند استخدام منصة كاديميك، فإنك توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.استخدام المنصة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به.
• Post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others (e.g., in course comments or community forums).نشر أو نقل أي محتوى مسيء، أو تشهيري، أو ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للآخرين (على سبيل المثال، في تعليقات الدورة أو منتديات المجتمع).
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass any security measures of the Platform.محاولة اختراق، أو تعطيل، أو التلاعب بأي من إجراءات الأمان الخاصة بالمنصة.

We strive to keep KAdemiq running smoothly 24/7. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform (including specific courses) at any time for maintenance, updates, or legal reasons, without liability to you.نحن نسعى جاهدين للحفاظ على تشغيل كاديميك بسلاسة على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع. ومع ذلك، نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل، أو تعليق، أو إيقاف أي جزء من المنصة (بما في ذلك دورات معينة) في أي وقت لأغراض الصيانة، أو التحديثات، أو لأسباب قانونية، دون تحمل أي مسؤولية تجاهك.

KAdemiq provides the platform and courses on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancements, or financial success as a result of taking our courses.تقدم كاديميك المنصة والدورات على أساس "كما هي" و"كما هي متوفرة". في حين أننا نسعى جاهدين لتقديم محتوى تعليمي عالي الجودة، فإننا لا نضمن تحقيق نتائج محددة، أو تقدم مهني، أو نجاح مالي نتيجة لحضور دوراتنا.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Lebanon.تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين الجمهورية اللبنانية، دون اعتبار لتعارضها مع أحكام القوانين الأخرى. يتم تسوية أي دعوى قانونية أو نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط حصرياً في المحاكم المختصة الواقعة في لبنان.
